Who we are

We’re Sabrina (Argentinian) and Felix (German). We’ve led recruiting and transformation programs across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Sabrina has run executive search and large recruiting teams across regions; Felix has led IT, HR & Automation on the ground in Germany, Oman, and Kuwait, building test-based hiring and digitising full recruiting flows.

Objective Selection

"No CVs without proof." We filter 1,000s of profiles down to 6 candidates ready for an interview. Every candidate completes a scientifically validated Personality Test and a customised Skill Test. The 35-Day Structured Search: We work to a fixed timeline. The process starts with a jointly-approved Job Profile (Day 0). You invest your time only in the final stages (Day 21, 28, 35) when candidates are already pre-selected and tested.

Payment only after 90 Days of the candidate's start date. Our low, fixed upfront investment is $1,500. The standard success fee is $10,000, paid only after the candidate completes 90 days of employment or passes probation, whichever comes first. For your first white-collar search, we reduce this success fee to $5,000, offering a $5,000 saving to prove the power of data. Plus, if the candidate leaves or fails probation, we search for one replacement for the same role at no additional success fee.

We handle the complex coordination of work visas for international hires, leveraging experience across markets including Saudi Arabia, the US, Kuwait, the EU, and the UAE. We also manage all necessary Travel Logistics (tickets, preparation, and arrival planning) for individuals and large teams.

We offer to perform checks on shortlisted candidates for a fee of $500 per person. This includes verifying diplomas, employment history, references, and criminal records (where legally permissible).

The 90-Day Performance Guarantee

  • Payment Trigger: The success fee (whether $10,000 or the discounted $5,000) is paid only when the candidate successfully remains employed for 90 days or passes probation, whichever is earlier. If they do not meet this condition, you do not pay the success fee.

  • Replacement Policy: If the candidate leaves or fails probation within the guarantee period, we will conduct one replacement search for the same role at no additional success fee.
