We replace guesswork with data. Every candidate is objectively tested, scored, and backed by our 90-day retention clause for White Collar positions.
Are you interested in Blue- or White-Collar Recruiting?
Our Mission
Make hiring easy, fair, and objective, powered by clear data.
We provide every company with the tools to conduct a thorough assessment process and every applicant with a level playing field. Candidates complete short, job-relevant tests and personality checks. We score everyone the same way so that you can compare hundreds - or thousands - of facts, not logos or connections. We also search globally, so you can reach people that others cannot reach.
Our Vision
The Definitive Platform for Global Talent Acquisition.
One platform to plan a role, find talent worldwide, test skills, check backgrounds, handle visas, and make the offer. Easier than stitching tools together. Stronger than most in-house setups. More cost-efficient at scale.

"No CVs without proof." We filter 1,000s of profiles down to 6 candidates ready for an interview. Every candidate completes a scientifically validated Personality Test and a customised Skill Test. Results feed into a numerical scoring model, providing transparency and objective comparability across all candidates.
Payment only after 90 Days of the candidate's start date. Our low, fixed upfront investment is $1,500. The standard success fee is $10,000, paid only after the candidate completes 90 days of employment or passes probation, whichever comes first. For your first white-collar search, we reduce this success fee to $5,000, offering a $5,000 saving to prove the power of data. Plus, if the candidate leaves or fails probation, we search for one replacement for the same role at no additional success fee.
Verified Craftsmanship. We don't rely on self-declared CVs. We design Practical Craft Tests (e.g., welding, HVAC, equipment operation) in collaboration with your site supervisors to ensure every candidate is immediately job-ready upon deployment. We assess technical aptitude and critical soft skills like work ethic and adaptability.
We solve the global supply challenge. Our service includes Optional Visa and Immigration Support (coordinating with legal experts and handling paperwork) for international hires across key markets like the US, EU, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. We also manage travel logistics for individuals or bulk deployments.
